Goldborne offered little in the way of attack giving Matty Knowles little to do between the sticks, but when called to action he completed his task with confidence.

The breakthrough came late in the second half after Kev swapped "Spin" for Lewis Bentley who clinically finished and scored within 60 seconds of entering the field in the now fading light.
The second goal came deep into injury time, Alex Dunne again on the scoresheet making up for his earlier Crouch like miss! Alex now joint top scorer with Adam Clarke.

A solid performance again and the result finally reflecting the action in the game. Confidence should now be lifted ready for next weeks game against runaway league leaders Broadheath.

Mark

Well done lads and all the very best for Saturday. You only lost the match at Broadheath (Yes I know it was the Slow & Easy) in the dying minutes and after having two players needing hospital treatment.
Carry on playing like you have been doing and more importantly enjoy doing so!
