Workington had most of the possession, created a couple of chances. A header wide and a free kick tipped over by Ryan Swift. Jon Dawson seemed prominent for the Albion, shooting just wide and having another effort saved. Jamie Rainford also had a couple of chances. The goal came on 38 minutes from close range when the Albion defence failed to clear a corner.
