Promotion this season, absolutely no chance. We haven’t improved one bit from last season. Just got back from 1 all with Witton and we were terrible. How the hell on earth can he pick doughty every game all he evr does is smash the ball up field to no one, Kelham is so tactically inept its unreal. I dont care about his pedrigree, he is clueless. Their centre back must of been about 25 stone and it took braindead kelham up until 88 minutes to bring Walwyn on, our fastest player. That centre back couldn’t believe his luck playing against ‘im always offside’ cahill and he won everything it was so evident that he had to bring Walwyn on and it took Kelham that long to bring him on. He only makes changes after something has happened never beforehand. LONG BALL LONG BALL LONG BALL. When we do pass it on the ground we look good but instead we just lump in long. I’ll tell you one thing right now Witton will get hammered against the best sides in this league, unfortunately were not one of them. The only decent thing to come out of this game was Dodgson who come on at half time and looked superb and Strigfellow played well. If were going to play Mercer play him centre back with Stringfellow because he was so deep today we looked like we had 3 centre backs. It was also event 70 minutes into the game Milligan was knackered, he was dropping deeper and deeper. Obviously you bring fresh legs on, Kay would of been ideal but oh no Kelham wont have that.
Talking to a few of our fans after the game and the supporters are getting fed up of paying £7 to watch that shower of shi*e but nothing ever changes weve had so long to bring in players and if they’re the best our management can bring in then i might as well take up coaching.
Be ready to finish mid table again lads because were quite simply not good enough. Im so fed up its unreal improve or im not gonna keep paying £7 to watch that shower. We couldn’t even beat a patched up Lancaster who were playing a few of our cast offs
And I thought Witton fans could moan!!! Wheels you are SO wrong about Witton, we lack a cutting edge but defensively there is no way any team in this league will take us apart. We had about 60% of the game and deserved our point, possibly three. Wood had a great game at full back, not quite so effective up front when we lost Kinsey but I understood fully why Mr. Ogden made the switch, bringing on Warner and pushing Wood up front. The Keeper and the back four looked solid except for the goal but the midfield lacked a killer ball and the front two naturally had few chances to shine. Still, it is early days and a fit Moseley might make all the difference. Is Carl Frost still with us? and is Ben Harrison injured?
Was it worth spending the afternoon in the Blackpool shops with the wife? You bet it was!!

Steady WHS! I think you’ll find Wheel’s post was taken totally from Fylde’s forum!
