Fantastic news. I hear the lads fully deserved the win.
Worksop lost and Prescot drew so it’s tight at the bottom!
Gutted that I couldn’t make it.
This a wind up isn’t it? Surely that team that only just beat Lostock could not win at Bradford? I said I would prefer Witton to win rather than England but I honestly never thought it would happen. England’s defeat was a massacre, but Witton winning more than makes up for it.

I hope you had more than one whiskey whilst watching the rugby in front of your roaring fire?
What a great day for everybody who loves witton, I have to admit after last week I was second guessing, especially after the sacking of my old coach and big, big friend, Nige. I know i`m not what you would call a life long witton fan, but I am pictured in the club shop, at wembley shaking the hand of our new assisstant manager.
This is my first season back watching witton for 15 or 16 years, since then I have made every effort to watch them this year, and will continue to do so, but what I would like to say is the club is still the same club as I remember, it the best, most friendly club, and the supporters are so proud of what they have, and the none paid people behind the scenes of club are a pleasure to behold. Keep up the good work all of you.
By the way my spelling, if its poor excuse me, its half six and I have now just opened my second bottle of bubbly.
Well done to the players, management and most of all the travelling supporters for today. Onwards and upwards
Having seen ossetts result agains fleetwood now makes me feel a lot better especially if it was A W the lone scorer for Fleetwood, come home Ads???
P.S Can we be credited for the turnaround in Ossetts fortunes?
Stuart
been trying to get online to see the result all afternoon and FINALLY just managed too… we WON im speechless but well chuffed!!! WOOP WOOP
WELL DONE !!!
… think ill open a bottle to celebrate (any excuse)
Looks like I could be the first of the travelling fans to post - well what a result and performace.
For once it was a totally deserved 3 points, nothing scrappy about it.
Thompson missed a pen and we had several other threatening situations aswell which could have added to our lead.
I quote the chairman “the recovery starts here”
Onwards and upwards - a “still in shock” supporter!
Good performance today and well deserved victory. Neil Black up front took his goal well and has pace which unsettled the BPA defence all afternoon.
Paul Booth’s goal was a bit scrappy but we deserve a bit of luck at last.
Loanee Ashley Dunn also made a big difference in midfield as everybody seemed to know what they had to do and did it well. Don’t know why Thompson took the penalty,he was the player brought down by the keeper but Smyth took the last one and should have taken todays.
Great support today - lets keep it going on Tues and at Ilkeston.
Major improvement today. Glad I went now as really enjoyed the game. Thought BPA looked really naff today as did their supporters who booed them off !
Black and Booth had great individual performances. Booths pace was awesome!
Playing like that we should have no problems in staying up!
