Former Players

Personally wouldn’t want him back, not commited to the club and he will never win player of the season

A good player for sure but not where we need to focus our efforts just now the defence is very good midfield looking stronger particularly with everyone fit.

Northwich Victoria have just put in 7 days notice for Shaun Tuck.

Shaun was on the bench today

Well, well, well, how do you put in 7 days notice

tuck wont go to vics nono

Couldn’t give a toss where he goes

I would have Matt back in a heartbeat, one of the best full backs we have ever had. He only left because of the traveling.
WHS.

Heard from a Skem fan last night that Tuck is staying

matty wood was one of the best full backs and left wingers we’ve had in a long time :clap

Matty woods was maybe a very good player but I don’t think it was matched by attitude from all accounts don’t think we will see him come back here.

Can’t afford him don’t need him.

He was sometimes a real asset going forward but his positioning and passing were often poor. For all the advantages that his pace and occasional goals gave, I’d still rather stick with a steadier all-rounder like Gards , Moyo and Ally Brown.

Remember Dereece Gardner? He has now signed for Nantwich Town.

Ashley Stott signs for V***

Tuck replaces him at Vauxhall Motors. Kyle Wilson to Conwy.

former winger shaun whalley has left luton town and has gone to telford on loan

Aaron Rey has also signed for Vauxhall Motors.

Richard Foulkes - remember him? He scored Cammell Laird’s second goal in a 3-2 away win at Burscough.

Other former Witton players on target today were Ashley Dunn for Skem against Buxton, Aaron Bowen scored Warrington’s second goal in their win. Elsewhere, Shaun Tuck scored twice for Vauxhall Motors against Histon.

Went to watch Garswood United v Knutsford yesterday and watched a vintage performance by Knutsford’s No.15 Rod Thornley. Knutsford won 2-1 on a glue-pot of a pitch which reminded me of the Baseball Ground at Derby County.

GE

Rushall’s winner at Chorley tonight was scored by former Witton wing back Matty Wood.
