Some bills will increase a bit but nothing like double the main reason for the deal is to help share the fixed costs of the stadium ! Witton have the deal well structured I understand such as an up front bond payment and match rental in advance if they default they will not play so how do Witton lose ? We will learn more next week when we have met our board to discuss the venture more.
Always a sensitive subject this one, I too have my views but wont post them here.
As the beauty of our club whether you agree with the decisions or not, aside from the fans forum you are welcome to speak to me separately (and other directors) if maybe you cant attend next week (I wont be there either due to work commitments) or feel embarrassed or whatever.
I will be there on Saturday, Tuesday, the following Saturday, ask any club official/steward/volunteer/staff and they will direct you to me and lets discuss your views/concerns etc and how/why the board have chosen to enter into this agreement.

Not that good… keeps losing his appeals
Words can not explain how happy I am with this agreement, I and many, many other Vic’s fans will be over the moon that Vic’s are finally back home in our own ground in Northwich, really looking forward to the start of 2015/16 season and a friendly preseason warm up with our new friends.
Many many thanks to everyone involved and connected with the negotiations, WELL DONE!

^^^well my opinion on this ridiculous and flawed situation has been enforced by this post. What on earth are we thinking of giving these green scumbags a way back in…WE WILL PAY FOR THIS!
I’m sorry but you have lost me, I thought everyone at Witton was in agreement with this agreement. You need the money and we need a ground, we’ve got your money and you’ve got our ground, so what is your problem?
Happy to take your money while it lasts but post your hilarious comments on your own forum please as we are not interested in what you have to say.
Well I guess some fans will not help or want Vics at any price, I am not that keen but recognise the need for Witton to raise finances so am prepared to back the board and see how it goes. I don’t think it will be a long term threat to Witton at all.
Our message board is under maintenance it has been for a while now but if we’re sharing grounds that should include your message board.

knew that would be your response but still dont understand why. Vic’s lost today but still have a good chance of promotion you also lost are may still get relagated, would be nice for both Northwich teams to play in the same league can you imagine the crowds for our darby’s? Still might happen and with our money youd be more sucsessul on the pitch.

If you don’t mind me asking who paid your tax bill to HMRC recently to avoid yet another court order? Will this same “benefactor” be footing the ground share agreement bill?

For f*s sake ddh ps off.
oops sorry take care bye
After following 1874s forum i believe dave is not a real Vics fan but a naughty 74 fan trying to stir up trouble so take his comments with a pinch of salt!
Heard that Witton have allowed Vic’s a office outside the ground wats all that about if we are paying rent we should be able to use the ground the same as Flixton.
Flixton did not have a team in place so you had the run, as a tenant of Witton it is not possible to share all of our facility We need to have our own office and probably managers office.
Your more 1874 fan than I am Matt Cat mooney you’ve been following them on there forum : :red
Not exactly following them mere - debating with them !!!
