Not sure if the web site has been updated or its my computer - but the formatting has gone to pot 
Have just updated the forum software (it was running a version from about 3 years ago). There will be some changes to the template in the near future, if there are any specific problems please let me know.
Extremely difficult to read in places, please go back to the older version.

Thatās not possible, the version of the forum that was being used is no longer supported. As I mentioned above, the template will be changed in the near future which will make things a lot clearer. Iāll have a look at changing the background for now, that should help a lot.
Hope it is easier to read now.
Just doesnāt look right Mike, difficult to navigate your way round the site and find threads etc.

Wonāt be coming on here much from now on, itās format is awful. I used to go on recent topics but now have to trawl through all sorts. Not good
Give the guys a chance to sort it JT it might not be a simple fix and Iām sure they have day jobs like the rest of us (not that I profess to know anything about IT btw!!)
As the team is not giving us too much to moan about at the moment,the pitch is fine and pies ok, is it alright for me to join in with the moaning about the website even though I donāt have much of a problem with it?
its a bit on the white side. but ive seemed to have found everything ok and seems to work.
I donāt like it at the moment but I am sure it will be fine soon enough.

Looking better. Mike - the format under āBoardroom Latestā on the right hand side is incredibly small. Emotions sill missing and a big blank at the top of each thread. Cheers for working on this site mate where all Wittoners get to have their say. UTA

WHS commented on the readability, as did JT. I think this was immediately after the new version of the software was installed and the forum background was transparent allowing the main site background image through, which did undoubtedly make things difficult to read. I changed this as soon as I could to a plain white background, and as oddfellow commented, it did look āa bit on the white sideā. Now changed to grey, but can be altered if people would like it to be.
Paul S and JT commented that the site was difficult to navigate. Not sure why, could you be more specific? The forum menu is now appearing at the top on every forum page, as it should do. This was not working properly on the old version, so is a clear improvement. However Paulās comment on the size of the heading text on the front page āBoardroom Latestā module is spot on, I will see if I can find the relevant CSS and alter that.
Knutsfordian and john8b commented on the formatting. Everything seems fine to me here, on different desktop and mobile screens. The previous version of the forum software had rather a kludge as a solution to displaying on mobile screens. The new version is fully responsive and displays much better on my phone than the previous one did. If anyone is having problems then a screenshot would be helpful for me to investigate further.
Postyred, at the moment there are no templates that replicate the old style, but one is due to be released in December. Iāll keep an eye out for that and if the general feeling is that people would prefer the old ālook and feelā then if it is not too expensive Iāll download and install it.
JT - the avatars have not disappeared, no idea why you think that. Are they displaying for you now? Also the āLast Postā link is there until the screen size decreases to āmobileā. Iāll have a look at the code when I get the time and see if I can make the āLast Postā text into a link for all screen sizes. No idea why the programmers didnāt leave it as a link whatever the screen size, seems daft to me.
2Trains1Bus, commendable concern shown for the emoticonsā welfare bowdown . No need to worry, they have been here all the time 
. The editor that is used to write posts has been improved and extended. Emoticons are accessed by clicking the yellow smiley at the end of the toolbar - the list to select from will pop up. I know that as it has changed it will take a bit of getting used to but Iām sure it will soon seem fine.
Once again thanks for your comments. Donāt mind if they are positive or negative, but would much prefer them to be constructive and specific. Ideas for adding features to the forum or the site in general are always welcome. Not been down to any games yet this season so my only ācontributionā to the club at the moment is maintaining this site. Hope to get there on Saturday, and will be following the match online on Tuesday as always. I really hope my circumstances change fairly soon and Iāll be able to get to games more regularly, but building up an income has to come first.
