A winning team…simples
Has everyone here always sniffed glue or is today the first day?
Read my post:
“If they get drawn at home in the next
round that is. After Witton getting knocked out a long cup run by vics is very welcome from me for purely financial reasons.”
There are no good wishes for vics contained within it. So for the final time: A good cup run for northwich benefits Witton Albion.
Keep up the good work Noel those days of worrying about what your neighbours or indeed tenants are doing are well gone. We need the income end of. You will never please everyone, especially those with their heads buried in the sand UTA
I second that. Noel you are doing a fab job hun . . . xx
Pity we didnt know about this earlier. We could have run a supporters coach to Hyde to cheer the vics on. Its a lot closer than ossett. Perhaps the next round at Marine if they get through?
I see they got through .sick
Should they beat Marine in the delayed Third Qualifying Round Tie tomorrow night, Northwich will be at home to Chorley in the Fourth Qualifying Round.
We’re at home that day, who gets preference ??
I’m pretty sure FA cup comes before league game so my guess is Vics
Ground Sharing
Clubs with ground sharing agreements must arrange for ties to be played on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If a clash of fixtures occurs with the sharing Club or other Sport, if for any reason a tie is unable to be played on the ground of the first drawn Club on a Saturday,
the tie must be played on either the day before, i.e. on Friday, or the day after, i.e. on Sunday on the ground of the First drawn Club. If Clubs are unable to agree on the date, then it will be played on the Sunday, unless the Professional Game Board decides otherwise. The decision of the Professional Game Board shall be final and binding…
May not come to it though… COME ON MARINE
We get beat seven nil tonight but all is not lost as Vics progress in the FA Cup :clap
The FA Challenge Cup Fourth Qualifying Round Tie between Northwich Victoria & Chorley, will take place at Wincham Park on Friday, 23rd October kick off 7.45pm.
Witton will host Lancaster City as scheduled on Saturday, 24th October.
Does this mean the Comedy night is Cancelled?
Surely both events cant take place on the Friday night
good shout matt, somebody has’nt checked the social club diary
The social club diary has been checked, the comedy night is still on and shaping up very well.
Don’t forget!
This Friday the Roaring Laughter Comedy Club returns to Witton Albion with our best lineup yet!
Also we are getting 2 cask bitters from tatton installed.
So come down and experience great comedy and fine ales!
Please note members discount only valid on tickets bought before the show and is only valid for the cardholder
The winners of tomorrow night’s replay at Chorley, will be at home to Boreham Wood.
I’m saying nothing!
Noel its not your fault that because your a relative newcomer you don’t understand the hate hate relationship between the Albion and Vics fraternities. Just keep going mate your doing a fantastic job with the social club and I don’t really know of anyone who does’nt agree with this keep it going mate muchos appreciated!! One of the few shining lights at our club along with the lady who got the Netdec deal sorted!!
Haha, cheers Chris.
Although being a life long city fan I understand only too well the hate hate relationship.
More games the better for me.
Also, a word of wisdom to every wittoner, I followed city all over the country in the 2nd division thanks to a mate of my dads. Even then we had 30,000 a week at maine Road.
There is a lot of exciting club going on at the club.
It will happen. I promise.
As a lifelong Wittoner I know that supporting my club is no easy task, we seldom hit the heights and have regularly had to watch as the other lot have had great success. Then when we have the opportunity to finish them off we instead offer them our ground! Sorry but in my opinion it was the worst decision Witton have made in their history. We may have ended up in the NW Counties League had we not done it but we would have come back eventually whilst the other lot would have been gone for good. How long are we going to let them continue as tenants? My guess is we will become so reliant on their money they will still be there long after I am dead and gone and probably playing in the Conference!!
WHS.
