Market Drayton Town 0-0 Witton Albion

Not very good by all accounts.

That’s what I was told.

Hopefully Gary can get them roused for the 2nd half, and we can come out and get all 3 points.

Bugger!

Their second goal came straight from a goal kick. The 'keeper kicked it out, it went over our defender’s heads, bounced, and their striker lifted it over Clegg.

It sounds as though the Town 'keeper played pretty well.

I think these last two results show that this league is going to be a lot tougher than we thought it would be.

Hopefully the FA Cup game against Congleton on Saturday will get us back to winning ways, and that the Bank Holiday game will be on to get us winning in the league again.

Up the Albion!

Leek have won 5-1 tonight at home to Brigg Town. There is now a 4 point gap between Leek and ourselves in 9th place.

Disappointing - disjointed - disturbing performance.

The tremendous( well in numbers ) support deserved more.

GF to get it sorted quickly if we are to get out of this league. No disrespect to Market Drayton but it was just like playing at Middlewich or Barnton !
