Been reading with interest some of the views on the Clitheroe thread???
Anyway the wings of a sparrow song was prevalent in the Mid 70’s when I first used to go home and away (not occasionally-when we were doing well!)
The dulcet tones of both Jumps (Keith and Colin not Stu and Chris),Neil Hamman, Steve Conneely, Diddy Dave Hayes, Conneely brothers etc were all in evidence during that time.
Anyway back to the 70’s with Alice by Smokie (Can be as clean as you like - delete where applicable)
