A point is always good on plastic. Artificial pitches produce artificial football. They definitely give an unfair advantage to the home side and in my opinion it is disgraceful that competitive fixtures are allowed to be played on them :red .

Well done lads.

Quite agree mike. A good point away from home and would have taken that at 3pm

Well if City can play a midfielder in goal why not Romulus? Still unbeaten which can’t be bad. Who do we play next week, Remus?

Top and bottom of the league table look good tonight.

Just back from the game. A needless bearhug from one of our players gave Romulus a free kick just outside the box, which was put away nicely. Thought the pitch played well, but their keeper probably wouldn’t agree after going down in a heap with nobody near him, his afternoon was over. Witton had enough chances to win half a dozen games but had to settle for just the one goal. Happy with an away point. Yet another new ground ticked off, dissapointed with the curry and chips, it tasted like I imagine gravy mixed with custard would. Really good to meet up with RonMoy, formerly of this parish again after a couple of seasons. He now lives in a secret underground bunker somewhere in the midlands.

Looks like they will be up there ,point away from home against one of our rivals is a good result, got to be happy with that.

Wasn’t there today but I would have settled for a point pre 3pm, well done all. Artificial pitches are just wrong and we’ve stood up well to fellow early front runners. Lets see if they can play on a proper pitch when they come to us. UTA

A point at Romulus by heck things are looking good ?
