Just been reminded of his “Munich” antics while at Marine along with a certain Mr Lawless , who we also signed. Not sure how he will be welcomed when we play FCUM or indeed, received by the many United fans who also support the Albion?
Excellent. From memory he’s quick like Titch and has the workrate. So a good signing lets hope Shaun and Stotty can fire us a few goals this season ably backed up by the rest of the lads.
The other pleasing aspect is that Mark and Brian are not resting on our laurels and are beginning to take us forward in competing in the transfer market. Its up to us as fans to really get in there and turn up every week and support the club to get gates up to 400. I include the missing fans in that respect. Why sit in the house watching telly of a Saturday afternoon when you can see real football at Wincham and its great football too!!
Fantastic stuff Mark is brilliant but then we all know he’s the best Chairman in non league football anyway!!

I’m always positive! And as for “raking crap up”, I’ll not apologise as I was just asking for people’s thoughts. After all, it was a major incident and people have long memories! I’m sure the FCUM following will have, come Boxing Day

I think the allegations were generally “unfounded”, with video footage being inconclusive.
Neither player was charged by the FA. Infact many FCUM fans actually stated that they never saw either player doing anything untoward.
Personally i had forgotten all about it. Not really something worth bringing up again imho.
Easy to forget sometimes ! To be honest they were provoked by FCUM fans with chants of " m*rderers " but should not have reacted in the way they did. Lawless and Marine agreed to part company,not sure what happened to the ST. I am sure the manager will have a word before the FCUM game !

Compared to the foul mouthed yobos in the Premiership like Rooney, Anton Ferdinand and Terry Tuck’s supposed comment is minor. Mind you I don’t condone ANY offensive language or remarks and it seems our Chairman and Manager agree with that rule too. I am not a fan of United as you all know but references to “Munich” are simply not on.

Replacing last season’s D1N 2nd top scorer and Young Player of the Season with D1N’s top scorer and Player of the Season seems like a pretty good piece of business to me.

Maybe a the ‘Munich’ salute celebration debate could have been saved for Pre Match Chat on the week of the FCUM game (if at all), just with the post Shaun Tuck posted on the Skem Forum (which are very genuine and great to read a player posting, here’s hoping he joins the Central Grounder) maybe he is a fan of the fans forums and could read this, which is not the best welcome to the football club. IMO 
But on the plus side what a signing this is, must be in the top 5 most exciting signings ever in Witton’s history B)

Too right Johny, Shaun may well read this and it would be a shame if he felt anything other a huge welcome at Witton, everyone I have spoken too are very excited at the signing and he is truly very welcome, only a couple of “last seasons trophyless supporters” seem bitter maybe they can be convinced by his performances for the albs, god how old was he then ? we are all allowed a mistake or two !!

It’s not about who you support - it is about having respect for people who lost their lives - I am sure the lad regrets what he did but those tragedies that Utd and Lpool had will never be forgotten nor should they.
