Ryan Read is in the squad i believe, although probably a sub he had an impressive debut on the wing against Barnton and scored a decent goal.

Well done all you players for giving the fans something to smile about at last. The money from a cup run might put a stop to the idea doing the rounds of a ground-share with Vics in ANY guise. If we force them to keep playing away from town all new supporters will come to us, if we give them a way back in to town that might not happen, in fact will not happen. They are both going nowhere without a ground, leave them to it. As for our finances we have managed so far and with the two Vics in the position they are in our finances can only improve. Over 400 watching us when we had lost 10 in a row, how many if we start winning?

Good words WHS but the very fact our board spoke to them suggests we are not self financing currently despite all the efforts of the board and volunteer workers. We need help to run our very expensive ground it costs a lot to Even put a game on at WP and the other clubs miss this point I think when we set our price, other small grounds cost a damn site less to upkeep. It will be sad if we lose Witton fans because of this but the numbers have to work and we give that duty to our board, I do not want to ground share but if we have to it will not stop me watching Witton but I certainly will not be watching anyone else at the ground.
WHS sometimes i wonder which planet you are on, the club is desperate for enough funds to stop living mouth to mouth each day, yes lots of non league clubs are in the same boat. However they are not saddled with a stadium that whoever signed off as value for money 25 years ago.
I want the football club to survive if you or people like Andy Chad and marston mauler don’t like it well tough,
Please take over your club I and many others would like to enjoy a football match one day and not worry where the money comes to pay are way. :S
