Not vintage indeed but a result, positive one.
Given its been another week of off the field challenges, we didn’t have a first choice keeper fit, 2 other outfield players left, no assistant manager yesterday(nothing sinister) bad journey, late arrival, average pitch, few player feeling travel sick from the journey, late kick off. No doubt things that would have been raised had we lost, we didn’t however so wasn’t easy to pick up a result.
In the draw so let’s look forward to that. Fc is tough next week and we desperately need to start getting league points but I’m sure we are all more than aware of that!
I think that a good away day against FC Utd, everyone behind one goal and a battling performance (even if we don’t get the points) can galvanise and draw a line under the past, and start the future for Sully! And hopefully have us talking about the football over finances
