The Arabs

Having a browse this morning and came across some alarming news, rumours across the canal suggest Paul Warhurst has walked out on the Arabs after a fall-out with…Mr Connett,
who will now blame Steve Burr (again) for the latest departure.

Careful Steve - He has very good lawyers!!!

I’m led to believe that the rumour has now been substantiated.

Beware though we gave news about Steve Burr and problems weeks before it actually was proved true

The news is correct, as MC won’t give him any money for new players
Can we have a collection, I believe they had a gate of 180 on Tuesday

It just gets better and better doesn’t it!!

Where were the other 420 ‘hard-core’ fans that they claim to have?!

Hang on, thought there was a transfer embargo on until January. Was it for yet more loan players possibly?[br]Posted on: September 27, 2007, 02:14:50 PM
AHhhhhhhh

They’ve had more managers than they have points so far this season ???

Just seen on scums’web site.
MC is considering stepping down and the club to go in to administration.
Well,well,well ;D

You beat me to it V, was just about to post that. I believe their Trust has been planning for this eventuality, are resigned to having to start again as a new club in a low league, and have built up a sum of money to facilitate this.

I bet he woon’t give up the land though so they would have to find somewhere to play too

They’ll end up without even a green and white pot to p*ss in! ;D

Could this decision possibly have an affect on our local tycoon also?

dont think our dear rivals are looking at administration rumour has it that Mr Connett intends to put the club into liquidation, god help them.
PS The Baggies were brilliant today!

I’ve got a share in the ‘my football club’ website which is trying to buy a football club. I am beginning to get very nervous that Connett may be doing his utmost to offload Northwich to them. I’d have to sell my share - but more importantly what would it mean for us?

Don’t the members have to vote on which football club to buy in to?! Just make sure anyone you know who is also involved votes for whoever is currently winning!

It just keeps getting "better or worse" depending on what side of the canal you are standing.

Strange also that Monday’s Court proceedings seem to be absent from our local media’s publications and websites. ???

I believe young(er) Chadwick is in the studio as well, could be interesting!!

So us at the "swamp" will no doubt have to listen to "amalgamation talks" and other such matters, Victoria are dying of self inflicted injuries, companies fold daily ask MC whose track record makes rather interesting reading, WAFC probably wont be ever a "big" non league club again but lets not forget it’s our club, forget that and its the end for us as well.
