Ok, at the risk of annoying some who feel this forum is purely for Witton fans, could I ask what the general feeling is now about your decision to allow corrupt fc back given that they look like they will win the league at a canter and are pulling up amazing roots for a club at your level in the cup -who knew?
Given that if you had said no they would almost certainly be up a certain creek without a certain instrument. Honestly, would love to know the general consensus. I know money talks and all that but do you feel that your chickens are coming home to roost or have sodded off to a more lucretive coop?

Ok i will tell you what i think Chubby, i along with many others think we did the right thing, the Stadium has not been painted Green, the Social Club has no sign of Vics and if you only come down to Witton games you wouldn’t know Vics play here!

Mark is available before and after each game but still nobody says anything!

I worked on the bar last friday and the huge Chorley following put a lot of money in the till, the profits of that go to Witton Albion!

Yes I put my opinions on here and a lot of people do disagree with them which is their right.
But a handful of people just keep rolling out the same old rhetoric about how the board put their own money into the club, give up their time, blah blah blah.
This doesn’t give them the right to do whatever they want without getting questioned by those of us who have been around the club longer than the majority of the board.
I used to be on this forum under a different user name but came off it because of the abuse I got over another inflammatory subject a couple of years ago. Seem to remember you having a very loud opinion then Matt.

The point is I have a very strong opinion about some of the things that have happened recently. You might think that everything is ok but I don’t. I’m bitterly disappointed with the lack of ambition shown by the board in its recent appointment and this if what I’m reading is true that Brian was offered the position then had it taken away then I am even more agitated by the boards actions.
So you may say it’s a Mafia etc etc but no more so than your Facebook page which is designed for you and your inner circle to all agree with each other.

Vics were always going to end up somewhere paying rent, so full marks to Witton for taking their cash. Business is business. Witton hold all of the cards and can pull the plug on the deal if they so wish. Maybe if those Witton fans that don’t want Vics there could club together and match what Vics are paying then kick them out?
