Tomorrow’s Cheshire Women’s Youth Football League Division One fixture away at Stockport County HNR, scheduled to be played at Stockport Grammar School has been postponed due to a Waterlogged Pitch.

Witton Albion Ladies are in action on Sunday afternoon when they welcome Runcorn Linnets Ladies in the Semi Finals of the Cheshire Women’s Youth Football League Challenge Cup. The two sides met a couple of weeks ago in the league, when they shared the points in a very tough game. The season has been tremendous for the ladies so far and now they find themselves only one game away from appearing in their first ever final. The tie is being played at The Moss Farm Leisure Complex with a 2pm kick off.

Witton Albion Ladies Cup run came to an end at the penultimate stage on Sunday afternoon but they have every right to feel pleased with what they have achieved so far. They took the reigning Champions & Cup holders the full distance in the Semi Finals at Moss Farm, before losing in the cruellest of ways via a penalty shoot-out.
