Witton Albion v. Avro FC (NON LEAGUE DAY 2025)

Witton return to the U Lock It Stadium on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Avro FC in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.

Three away games have brought mixed results for Ben Harrison and his team with a hard-earned point at Bootle but two disappointing results at Stafford Rangers and Clitheroe.

They still find themselves mid table but prospects of making the playoffs are becoming more difficult due to the inconsistent form in recent weeks.

The fixture is only the fourth meeting between the two clubs and the previous three have seen one win each and a draw.

Avro go into the game hoping to complete the double over Witton following their comfortable 4-0 success in the return fixture earlier in the season.

Witton will be looking to make it two home wins in a row following their previous win against Wythenshawe but they face a tough test against an Avro team who are just outside the play offs and in good form.

One player to keep an eye on will be former Albion loaned Kyle Hawley who has five goals in his last three games including a hat-trick.

Seven games to go and every one is a huge game for Witton but they will be looking no further than the game facing them.

Kick off at the U Lock It Stadium is 3pm.
