Witton look for their first win in five games on Tuesday night when they welcome league leaders Lower Breck to the U Lock It Stadium in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.
The Merseyside club returned to the top of the table on Saturday by beating Runcorn Linnets at Anfield Sports Centre by the only goal.
Albion have hit a bit of a bad patch and suffered their third defeat in four games at home to lowly Stafford Rangers at the weekend.
Lower Breck had lost three on the run before overcoming Linnets and will be looking to build on that.
The return fixture saw Lower Breck come out on top back in August by three goals to two. Former Albion midfielder Harry McGee gave Lower Breck an early lead to which, Michael Fitzgerald added a second before Freddy Garbutt pulled a goal back.
Joe Duckworth’s spot-kick five minutes from time levelled the scores before an injury time penalty from Lewis Buckley secured the points in Beck’s favour.
A tough few games lie ahead for Witton in the coming weeks with Avro, Vauxhall Motors and Bootle to come so they will be hoping to get some points on the board as they look to climb the table.
Kick off at the U Lock It Stadium is 7.45pm.
