A host of home games to look forward to is just great. Widnes won’t be easy it was tough at their place. Team wise we wiill miss Hughes but I’d go with

Martin
Koral, Harrison, Jackson, Kennerley

Fogerty, Barrow, Williams

Rokka, Duckworth, Lawrie

Could easily argue for Hitchcox, Haywood and McGee in the start 11. Just proves we have a good bench. UTA

McGee suspended.

Is Kennerley fit though. Play Jackson or Prince instead and play Hitchcox as cb.

Witton begin a run of four successive home games on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Widnes FC to the U Lock It Stadium in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.

Five points from the last three games have kept Witton within touching distance of the play-off places, particularly two draws on the road at leaders Macclesfield FC then again at play off hopefuls Mossley AFC.

Losing Connor Hughes to injury is major blow, but it allows other squad members to fill the gap and stake their claim for an extended run in the team.

Witton secured at hard-earned victory in the return fixture at Widnes earlier in the season, and will come face to face once again with former Albion striker Will Jones, who was on target in the reverse fixture.

Widnes have found it difficult this season and currently occupy one of the bottom two places in the table but, will still pose a threat to Witton particularly if they are not in the right frame of mind.

Three points are crucial in their bid to reach the play-off places and with games coming up against teams around them, the momentum is all important.

Kick off at The U Lock It Stadium is 3pm.

Trying to keep in touch with things as best as I can but I am currently incapacitated in Leighton, so three points would do just nicely.

As always, your efforts are greatly appreciated Derek. Hope all goes well with your time in Leighton. I’ll try to update if you are unable to.
