Latest I have is 2-2 Drew and Zane scorers
loseing 3-2 to cammel laird is poor and shooking:ohmy:
something has to be done and quickly
Latest 2-3. Question for Mr. Deeley. Why did you play Thaker on the right in the first half and why did no one want to pass to him? And why did you put him on the left in the second half where he was forced to turn inside onto his right foot? And why oh why did you take him off? He is a genuine talent and this team is woefully short of talent. If you are going to play the lad, play him in his correct position and make sure the other players have enough faith in him to give him the ball. We are not going to win much this season so give the young lads you have the chance to learn on the field, they WILL get better. Your job is safe as far as almost all Wittoners are concerned, we know it will take time to get a good team together but please have faith in good players now matter how young. Rant over.

Awful, no passion, I fear the worst
its time to point out certain players
and think everyone agrees with me STEVE SMITH:angry: why is he still at witton
i cant believe im actually saying this but he is poorer than gaghan and he got shown the door i beleive its his turn. hes lazy and shows no passion what so ever.
and where has mattone awang suddenly dissapered to get him and thacker on the wings and then we will start watching proper football
I don’t fear the worse, we are poor but we are capable of improvement. McGraw looked good and so did one or two others. It will take time but we will get better of that I am sure.

I have to say I agree about Smith.

Just seen the Vics result, 1-1 at home. We may be heading for a poor season, they are heading for oblivion. When they do go bust we will be there to pick up the pieces as we will be the only club in town.
WHS.
who says we will be there were just in as much trouble
Keep the faith !
See u all at Hednesford Sat.
Yes,I have this evening seen 11 headless chickens do the hokey cokey .
Keep the faith ? Yep, I’ll keep on doing that because I keep the faith in Witton as a Wittoner.Current squad, I am not so sure.
Woeful, Dire. Tonight there was 11 players out there, but alas, there wasnt a team. One or two tried but the rest just made up the numbers. A night to forget
you all got your head in the sand this manager not good enough you buy cheap you get cheap
Witton has a history of backing its managers not sacking them like Vics. Give the man time is our motto and Mr. Deeley will be no different. Yes we are buying cheap, but better that than going bust. I believe we are just one or two players away from a decent side and I back Mr. Deeley to find them, in fact he seems to have found at least one already in McGraw, maybe Warwick is another. KEEP THE FAITH we WILL bounce back, we ALWAYS do.

Wittirobbo, we are not in as much trouble as Vics, we have assets, they have nothing but the finance of a “sugar daddy” who will soon get bored of backing a losing side, especially as he will be losing money on the Stock Market.
WHS.
its not the buying cheap that effects us its the chances
each player needs to know that their chances are limited and that they needto get it right straight away
smiths had his chance
bring in awang let him have a go
Very little to add, we’ve been here before - in the not too distance past.
Re buying cheap - we buy what we can afford, I can prove that to anyone quite comfortably. The club is more important that any 1 player, manager or season. Sadly this is the position we find ourselves in when the majority of people involved in the club last season choose to s*** on the club from a great height. We will win through.
The amount of effort and urgency from certain players however on the pitch is a different issue wether you’re earning £200 or £20 and that wasn’t all that evident today or on Saturday. Lets hope the 2 new signings especially are a sign of things to come.
i busted a gut 2 make it 2nite and i feel totally let down. Its time big changes were made. For starters the assistant needs to go, Nelson. He has apparantly been a disaster everywhere he’s been. Team is never gonna gel if its using Rafas rotation system, our best 11 is pretty clear, use it! Also Coyne was a decent player, he should have been helped 2 control his temper, instead of just being told to leave. just a few games in
Defo a night to forget, no pattern, no passion equals no points. Why oh why did we keep hitting the high ball when they had two 6ft+ centre backs, in conditions like that surely the short ball on the ground would have been a better option, play football with it too many times we treated the ball like a hot potato. I thought young thacker had a good game when he got the ball, and pritch did ok having missed so many games.
Even though the conditions wern1t great they were the same for both teams, but they did better by playing on the ground and to feet. The new lad mcgraw look tidy when he came on and warwick sound a good young lad.
Lets keep the faith there is still a long way to go we are still a new team and Nige still has some sorting out to do.
On a sad note I hope I am wrong here but when Smith came on I am sure I heard a few boos, I hope I am wrong because this is not the attitude we need to be taking, encourage the players coming on and try to boost their confidence not shatter it, I am sure Nige and smuger himself know what needs to be done.
Lets try and think positive, mid to upper table by christmas would be a start.
See you all sat at Hed.

By which Christmas though?!
Make no mistake, we are 2 games from being in a relegation battle. We need to go back to basics and get organised, tough, and difficult to beat. If that means defending like hell for 89 minutes and nicking one from a set-piece then so be it.
Too many players either aren’t good enough, or aren’t interested enough.
Burke is an improvement on Coyne, Thompson is an improvement on Lugsden. We ARE improving slowly, but it needs to start changing a bit quicker if we are to stay up this season.
