Three more former Albion players on the move this week. Defender Paul Donnelly and midfielder Dan Skelton have teamed up with their former boss at Newcastle Town - Greg Clowes now in charge at Stafford Rangers. The Marston Road club have also signed Peter Heler.
Guess they should build in relegation to their business plan then? SBL
Agree on that cannot see that trio surviving at taht level ? fair play though greg clowes does a good job wherever he goes
I see that Jim Rusheâs main club, Northwich Villa (NV for short!), have appointed former Albion midfielder Kevin Langley as their new Manager.

John Bishop buys Whatcroft Hall !
Richie Foulkes has joined Cammell Laird.
Former Albion keeper John Kennedy has left Worksop to join Matlock Town.
Peter Doran is playing at Bala Town
1730: FOOTBALL - Cambridge have terminated midfielder Steven Connorsâ contract after five weeks because they say he did not tell them about a pre-existing medical condition, reports BBC Sport
The dozzler!
I might be mistaken but I thought that it was Phil Doran who played for us and then went to Rhyl. Peter is his twin brother.
Werenât they in Doran Doran?
[quote=âRed Elvisâ post=38737]Dorryl Proffitt signs for Leek

Its strange to see that the very first post on this topic was about Dorryl Proffitt and here we are 24 pages late, and we have another post about him. It will be interesting to see how much he has changed over the years since we last saw him, when he plays against us in the League Challenge Cup at the end of September.
Knowing Dorryl, you wouldnât want to bet on him still being there at the end of September!
Macca scored as Newcastle lost 1-5 at home to Loughboro Dynamos
Andrew Kinsey scored a last minute equaliser for Kidsgrove at Quorn.

Seem to remember being slagged off by some supporters for my now proved correct comments on these two players - they have not been missed !
Nice to score 6 on Saturday @ Ossett - and former Albion players were amongst the goals too on Saturday:
Kieron Lugsden 1 for Buxton.
Mark Peers & Ashley Dunn 1 each for Kendal Town.
Steve Foster the winner for Chorley.
Andy Kinsey 2 for Kidsgrove.
Dean Crowe :woohoo: Ashley Stott & Michael Bowler 1 each for New Mills.
Dave McPherson 4 (yes 4) for Newcastle Town.
Chris Gaghan 1 for Warrington Town.
Griff Jones 2 for Radcliffe Borough.
Tom Bentham 2 for Trafford.
Gary Furnival 1 for Woodley Sports.
And Richie Foulkes has still not won an header for Cammell Laird!!!

Is thatâs whatâs known as an embarrassment of Richieâs?
From Leekâs website:
Meanwhile, out of favour striker Dorryl Proffitt has turned up playing Sunday football for Cobridge Community Centre.
